Orders are processed after payment is received, please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. Rush orders are available upon request, additional charges may apply. Shipping and handling charges may apply depending on the order size and the courier. Unless otherwise requested, all orders are sent through the Postal Service.

Images on CD's are cropped suitable to print 8x10 / 8x12 or smaller size prints, please specify if you would like a different size. Some restrictions apply.
The resolution on the images are 300 dpi. Other formats are available on request.

Our staff will travel to the location of your preference! Please contact us for an estimate, Travel expenses may apply. We may require a deposit to schedule a date.
Photo shoot fees do not include prints, images on CD-ROM, file transfers, or any other service.

Internet files transfers for publications/magazines are delivered by FTP or email. The files will be the resolution and size requested by the customer. Please provide us with publication's contact information.This service is only for purchased files or prints. Some restrictions will apply, please contact us for details.
